JB Education Solutions, LLC provides high-quality, practical professional development designed specifically for early childhood educators and center leaders. Our services focus on strengthening teacher–child interactions, building observation readiness, and supporting centers in creating positive, engaging, and developmentally appropriate learning environments.

Whether supporting new hires or strengthening entire teaching teams, our trainings help educators feel confident, prepared, and supported, without pressure.
Observation Compass
Program
The Observation Compass Program is a 5-week, high-impact coaching and professional learning experience designed to help Early Learning Centers strengthen teacher-child interactions, increase educator confidence, and succeed in observations, without fear-based compliance or scripted teaching.

Interaction-Based Teaching: PD
1-Hour Center-Based PD:
A fast, supportive introduction to the observation lens and interaction-based teaching practices.
3hr Virtual PD:
Helps new and returning early childhood educators understand how everyday teaching interactions translate into observable indicators of quality during classroom observations, without teaching to a test or compromising developmentally appropriate practice.
5-Hour Center-Based PD:
A deep-dive experience focused on application, alignment, and confidence.
Observation & Coaching Support
Our observation and feedback cycles are designed to help educators build strong relationships, create engaging classrooms, and support children’s social-emotional growth.
We partner with centers to provide meaningful insights, actionable feedback, and ongoing support that leads to real improvement in classroom practices.
