At JB Education Solutions, LLC, we believe strong early childhood programs are built on intentional interactions, confident educators, and supportive leadership. Our work centers on helping early childhood educators and centers strengthen daily teaching practices, prepare for classroom observations, and create learning environments where both children and educators can thrive.

We specialize in practical, interaction-based professional development that meets educators where they are—especially new hires and growing teaching teams—while supporting centers in building consistency, confidence, and quality across classrooms.

Meet the Founder:

Hi, I’m Nyree-Dawn Jean-Baptiste, Founder and Educational/ SEL Consultant at JB Education Solutions.

I bring over 10 years of experience in early childhood education and leadership, including serving as an Educational Director for childcare organizations. Throughout my career, I have supported educators across classrooms, age groups, and leadership roles, always with a deep understanding of the realities, challenges, and pressures educators face every day.

My work is grounded in Social and Emotional Learning (SEL), developmentally appropriate practice, and the belief that quality interactions (not perfection) drive meaningful outcomes for children and programs alike.

I hold a Master’s degree in Social and Emotional Learning (SEL) and have extensive experience designing and delivering professional development for early childhood educators. My work focuses on helping educators understand what quality looks like, how it shows up naturally, and how to demonstrate it confidently, without scripted teaching or added stress.

What sets this work apart is lived experience. I’ve been in classrooms. I’ve led teams. I’ve hired, trained, and supported educators at every stage of their journey. I understand how observations impact morale, retention, and classroom culture, and I design training that supports educators, not intimidates them.
